Your program saved me at the gym today.. j I was about 30 mins in on the treadmill and back started to give up on me. I was in pain. I stopped and decided to do your 6 mins back, hip, etc stretch. And just like that pain disappeared. I then got on the stair master for 15 mins and did a leg workout. Beast mode!!!! No pain!!! Im amazed. I will do your program morning and night every day.. I've gone through physical therapy and nothing.. Keep on doing God's work.. Lol! But yes amazing program and this was only day 1.

Hey I just wanted to say thank you. A handful of years ago I had some bad hamstring injuries that eventually led to me throwing my back/hips out. Since then it's happened a handful of times. I've spent countless hours and dollars on pt, chiro, assisted stretching and message. Everything has been tempora-ry relief. I randomly saw a video of you doing two stretches for hip flexibility and lower back relief. Since then l've mplemented 1 of those stretches into my daily routine. I'm still not 100% but the last handful of days is some of the best l've felt in years without seeing any type of therapist. I don't want to jinx anything but I just wanted to say I'm grateful the algorithm decided to share the content you graciously posted for free.
